By booking or using services from Top Hand Pro Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Services

We provide car washing and detailing services as described on our website or in person at the time of booking. Service availability may vary by location and appointment time.

3) Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4) Payments

• Payments are due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store full card details.

5) Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure vehicles are in a safe condition to be serviced.
• Please remove personal belongings prior to detailing. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that present health or safety risks.

6) Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Top Hand Pro Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects in paint, upholstery, or trim.
• Damage caused by faulty vehicle parts, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs.
• Loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

7) Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
